Privacy and data handling
What we hold about you, who else sees it, and how long we keep it.

What we collect
| About each traveller | Full name, passport number, date of birth, passport expiry, nationality, and the documents you upload — passport copy, photograph, national ID, and any supporting papers. |

| About the booking | Email address, mobile number, expected arrival date, permit type, number of travellers, and whether insurance or express was added. |
| About the payment | The amount, the reference, and Mamo's transaction identifier. We never see or store your card number — the card form is operated by Mamo and your details go straight to them. |
| Automatically | The IP address and browser you used when you accepted our terms, kept as the record of that acceptance. |
Why we hold it
To prepare, check and submit your application, to take payment for it, to tell you what happened, and to answer a payment dispute if one is raised. We do not sell it and we do not use it for marketing.
Who else sees it
| UAE immigration | The application itself, through official channels. This is the point of the service. |

| Mamo | Takes the payment. Receives your name, email, phone and the amount. |
| Resend | Delivers our email to you. |
| Google reCAPTCHA | Tells us whether a submission came from a person, to stop automated abuse. Subject to Google's privacy policy and terms. |
| Chatbase | Runs the support chat window, if you use it. |
Your documents
Uploaded files are stored privately and are never publicly reachable. They are served only to signed-in staff, through our own API. Passport scans are the most sensitive thing we hold and are treated that way.
How long we keep it
- A saved but unfinished form — 7 days, then deleted.
- A deleted application — recoverable for 14 days, then permanently destroyed along with its uploaded files.
- A completed application — retained while we may need it for the application, for a payment dispute, or to meet UAE record-keeping obligations.
What your browser stores
We do not use tracking cookies. Your browser keeps a light or dark theme preference, and a random identifier for the application you are part-way through — that one is cleared when you close the tab, and exists so pressing pay twice does not create two applications. Google's advertising tag is present on our landing page for measuring our own advertising.
Your rights
Write to support@trivup.com with your reference to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will not delete something we are required to keep, and we will tell you plainly if that is the case.
