Terms of service
What we do, what we do not promise, and what you agree to when you pay.
Last updated 8 September 2026
Who we are
Trivup Documents Clearing Services LLC, trade licence 1242868, of Aspin Commercial Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are a private document-clearing agency. We are not a government department and hold no authority delegated by the UAE Government, GDRFA Dubai or the ICP. Everything we do can be done directly with the authority, or through your airline, for the government fee alone.
What we do
We collect your details and documents, check them by hand against the requirements, and submit the application through official channels. A person reads every file before it is submitted. Permits are issued by immigration per traveller, so on a family application they can arrive on different days.
Approval is not guaranteed
The decision rests solely with the UAE immigration authorities. We do not influence it and cannot promise an outcome or a date. Where we can see a problem before submission — an unclear scan, a passport too close to expiry — we ask you to replace it rather than submit something likely to be refused.
Your responsibilities
- The details and documents you give us are your own and are correct.
- Names, passport numbers and dates match the passport exactly.
- The nationality you confirm is the nationality on the passport being used.
- The passport is valid for at least six months from your arrival date.
A refusal caused by wrong details, or by a passport with less than six months' validity, is not refundable.
The fee
Our price is a single inclusive fee per traveller covering the entry permit, document checking, portal submission and support, plus 5% VAT. It is charged in AED and appears on your statement as TRIVUP DOC. Any other currency shown on the site is indicative only — your bank sets the rate it converts at.
After submission
Once an application has been lodged with the immigration portal it cannot be amended. A correction requires a new application and a new fee.
Refunds
The fee pays for work we carry out whatever the authority decides. It is not refundable. Set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
Accepting these terms
You accept these terms by ticking the box on the payment step before your card is charged. We record which version you accepted, and when. The version you accepted is the one that applies to your application, even if we change these terms later.
Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the fee you paid us for the affected application. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs arising from a refusal, a delay, or a decision of the immigration authorities.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
